Cleanrooms
Our class 10,000 cleanrooms cover over 250 square metres and have fully integrated power, gas delivery, handling and inspection facilities. We regularly assemble products from sub-millimetre scale to full-sized wafer-processing systems weighing several tonnes.

We can bring class 1000 and class 100 micro-environments online for specialist assembly.
